Covey famously used this analogy in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. He urged us all to consider the results when you don’t invest in downtime and maintenance. Without self-care you can’t keep delivering “golden eggs.” It’s a principle you can see validated in your own life when you burn the candle at both ends to get more golden eggs and wind up sick or exhausted, unable to produce any at all; or when you get a good night’s sleep and wake up ready to be productive throughout the day.  This webinar is designed to help us recalibrate ourselves and fine margin in our schedules.

Learning outcomes:

  • Identifying the building blocks of personal management
  • Techniques for self-renewal
  • Habits, rituals for creating margin
  • Establishing boundaries without the guilt
