Over the past few years’ insurance renewals for all types of HOA's have become increasingly challenging. This Webinar explores some of the key challenges being faced in the association insurance industry as well as actionable items you can take for every association you manage leading up to your renewal to help minimize rates and maximize renewal efforts.

Brad Randall is co-owner and operator of Welch Randall Real Estate and Property Management. Currently, Welch Randall manages a portfolio of approximately 60 homeowner and condominium associations, a few dozen commercial properties and approximately 400 single-family and small multi-family rentals around the Salt Lake City area. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University in Facilities and Property Management and taught in the program for seven years before receiving a Master's Degree in Construction Management at Brigham Young University. Brad is a National Instructor for the Institute of Real Estate Management and has served on numerous national IREM committees as well as Chapter President for the IREM Utah Chapter. He is currently serving as Vice-Chair for the Utah Apartment Association. He loves the outdoors, including hiking and trail running and lives in Salt Lake City with his wife Karrie and two daughters, Louisa and Georgia.
