Facilities managers play an important role in the day-to-day operation of data centers facilities and positioning them for future expansion and/or disposition. This informative webinar provides an in-depth review of data center management areas of responsibility including continuous uptime, capacity reporting, cabling & infrastructure, HVAC & electrical maintenance, utility reliability & costs, asset management & financial budgeting, environmental & LEED stewardship, and reputational risk.

Robert Fuller currently serves as Property and Facilities Management of Data Centers. He is responsible for directly managing one of the client’s Global Data Centers and having oversight of one other Data Center. Robert has supported the client over the past eight years working in tandem with the Engineering, Administrative & the Capital Projects Teams in the areas of Financial Budgeting, Maintaining Electrical & HVAC Equipment Infrastructure, and fulfilling Environmental Requirements in the Data Center Environment. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford, New Jersey and is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. Robert is also a Certified Data Center Management Professional with CNet and a Certified Commercial Investment Management Designation with CCIM. He currently serves as Chair of the IREM Educational & Knowledge Committee.
