Kim Morgan Kim Morgan is a seasoned real estate professional who specialized in marketing and leasing, construction management, and property management.  Kim joined Stream Realty Partners in 2016 as a Vice President of Property Management who managed a 254,000 sq.ft. high rise commercial building in the Central Business District of Austin Texas.  Kim currently leads the property management platform for Stream’s Atlanta market.
Prior to joining Stream, she managed 300 West 6th,    which is one of the premiere high rises in the Austin Central Business District. Under her leadership the building has received many honors.  In 2010, the building received the BOMA International Toby award for buildings under 500,000 square feet.  In addition to these distinctions, the building became LEED Silver certified in early 2015, receiving all points it applied for and currently leases to one of the biggest social media companies in the world.

Kim has been an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management since 2002, where she has been the recipient of many local and regional awards. She received the Rising Star award at the Regional Leadership Conference in 2008. She has served as a committee member on the Education and Student Outreach committees for many years.  She was the 2014 past president of the Austin Chapter, past Chair of the Diversity Advisory Board for IREM National and is currently the 2016-2017 Regional Vice President of Region 7.  Her bachelor’s degree in education has benefited not-for-profit community organizations over the years mentoring underprivileged youths.
