AI is everywhere in the headlines, but what does it really mean for property management?
This webinar cuts through the noise to show you how AI is actually being applied in commercial real estate today. You’ll hear from a technology expert and a property leader about the practical use cases, real-world benefits, and what’s next on the horizon.
Learning Objectives:
- How to evaluate and select the right AI solutions - what to look for, what to avoid, and how to ensure adoption delivers real value.
- How AI is being applied across commercial real estate - from property operations to tenant experience to portfolio strategy.
- The benefits for property managers and buildings - freeing up time, improving responsiveness, and running assets more efficiently
- What’s next for AI in real estate - emerging trends that could reshape how properties are managed over the next 2–5 years.

Adam Segal is the co-founder and CEO of Cove, the commercial real estate industry’s leading, all-in-one commercial property management platform bridging the gap between building operations and tenant experience.
Adam launched Cove in 2013 as a network of neighborhood coworking spaces across Washington, D.C. and Boston. When the pandemic disrupted traditional office models, he and co-founding partner Jeremy Scott transformed Cove into a SaaS company, licensing its proprietary software to some of the world’s most prominent real estate owners, including Blackstone, Nuveen, and RXR.
Today, Cove powers some of the most iconic buildings in the country, including Willis Tower in Chicago, 75 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City, and U.S. Bank Tower in Los Angeles. Trusted by leading owners and operators such as Blackstone, RXR, Nuveen, and Cushman & Wakefield, Cove helps property teams do more with less by consolidating fragmented systems, eliminating inefficiencies, and unlocking valuable insights across entire portfolios.
From day one, Cove’s vision has been to create great spaces, provide great service, and use technology to make everything easier. With operations in its DNA, Cove built a dynamic platform to connect the physical and digital worlds that now power entire commercial buildings. Prior to Cove, Adam worked in consulting, technology, and investment banking. Adam’s leadership and insights have been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Boston Globe, and NPR. Cove has been recognized as an Influencer in CRE Technology by GlobeSt and received the Best Tech Innovation for Intelligent Buildings by Realcomm. Adam holds a BA from Amherst College, an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School.

Jeremy Scott is the co-founder and longtime CTO of Cove, guiding more than a decade of technology and product development behind the company’s real estate operations platform. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from MIT and years of hands-on product leadership, he brings a clear, practical view of how AI can enhance real-world building workflows.

Christopher Hiramatsu is a Property Manager at Barker Pacific Group, where he has spent more than 10 years overseeing day-to-day operations and tenant experience across commercial properties in Los Angeles. He brings a decade of practical, on-the-ground insight into how real workflows evolve and where emerging tools like AI can actually make an impact.
