Diversity & inclusion succession initiative (DISI)

Recognizing exceptional leaders in the real estate management industry from underrepresented groups who have demonstrated leadership at the chapter level, making a significant impact on the industry and their community.

Who's eligible?
A cross-section of people from the real estate management industry who are proven leaders at the local level and who identify with an underrepresented group.

What does the recognition include?
The individual recognized for the Diversity & Inclusion Succession Initiative will be provided a complimentary registration to attend the annual IREM Global Summit, as well as a travel subsidy up to $1,000 which may be used towards hotel, airfare, meals and incidentals. In addition, the individual will be connected to a professional mentor, given networking opportunities, and will be recognized in IREM publications and social media.

What's the deadline for applications?
Applications are open from January 11 – February 28, 2021.

Can I fax or mail in my application?
Submissions are only accepted through our online form.
