Arihiro “Ari” Shintani, CPM, CCIM is the 2025-2027 IREM® Japan Vice President. Currently, there are five Japan chapters – East Japan, West Japan, Kyushu, Hokkaido, and Tokai.
Shintani is President and Representative Director of Assist Ashiya Co., Ltd., a real estate company that provides property management training, asset consultation, and brokerage across many different areas of property management. With over 11 years of experience in the industry, Shintani is active in the industry in West Japan.
Shintani received his CPM designation in 2017. He previously served as Chapter President of the IREM West Japan chapter. He’s also an IREM instructor, currently teaching MKL410 courses across Japan.
