Ted Rausch, CPM is the 2017-2018 Regional Vice President for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for Region 13, encompassing chapters in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Rausch is a Property Manager with Colliers International, AMO, an industry-leading real estate company providing a full range of services to real estate users, owners and investors, in Columbia, South Carolina.

Previous to becoming a Regional Vice President, Rausch was the IREM South Carolina Chapter President in 2010 and 2013. Rausch obtained his CPM designation in 2004 and received the 2010 and 2013 IREM South Carolina Chapter CPM of the Year award.

After retiring from the U.S. Army in 2000, Rausch specialized in property management and leasing of commercial mixed-use, retail, office and industrial properties. At Colliers South Carolina, Rausch’s focus is management of retail shopping centers and related leasing responsibilities for small shop space. A seasoned veteran of property management with a broad spectrum of experience, Rausch was awarded the 2001 Colliers Keenan Management Services Award.

Rausch is a deacon at his church, an active member of the Spring Valley Rotary and a member at large of the IREM South Carolina Chapter Executive Council.

Rausch is a member of IREM South Carolina Chapter 72.
