2021 IREM Diversity and Inclusion Succession Initiative (DISI) Leaders announced

CHICAGO (April 13, 2020) – IREM’s Diversity and Inclusion Succession Initiative (DISI) is an annual recognition program that helps facilitate leadership and career development in real estate professionals. The program recognizes exceptional leaders in the real estate management profession from underrepresented groups. These individuals have demonstrated leadership at the chapter level and are making a significant impact on the profession and their community.

This year’s cohort of DISI leaders is made up of 10 accomplished IREM members from around the globe:

The DISI program is designed to engage members from diverse backgrounds and foster an atmosphere for them to continue to succeed in real estate. As a DISI leader, these members will receive professional mentoring from other IREM members and receive leadership training and education through IREM courses and programming at the 2021 IREM Global Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Diversity Inclusion & Succession Initiative is supported by the IREM Foundation. The IREM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity and was established in 1977. The Foundation is exclusively supported through donations from IREM members.
