CHICAGO (May 11, 2022) – IREM’s Diversity and Inclusion Succession Initiative (DISI) is an annual recognition program that helps facilitate leadership and career development in real estate professionals. These members have shined because of their commitment to diversity in the workplace, and to real estate management. Congratulations to all!”

The DISI program acknowledges IREM members who are committed to championing diversity in the workplace and across the real estate management profession. As a DISI leader, these members will receive professional mentoring from other IREM members and receive leadership training and education through IREM, and will be recognized at the 2022 IREM Global Summit in Dallas, Texas.

The Diversity Inclusion & Succession Initiative is supported by the IREM Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity established in 1977. The Foundation is exclusively supported through donations from IREM members.
