CHICAGO – (April 2, 2019) – Denise LeDuc-Froemming, chief executive officer and executive vice president, has been named to Association Forum’s Board of Directors for a three-year term beginning, April 1, 2019.
Denise joins a 13-member board committed to guiding the continued growth and success of Association Forum. With 4,000 members representing 1,600 organizations, Association Forum provides learning resources, tools and best practices that support association professionals throughout the course of their careers. Founded in 1916, it’s the association for associations in Chicago. Her board colleagues represent a variety of industries to maintain the diverse perspectives Association Forum requires from its board of directors.
As an Association Forum Board Director, Denise will share her knowledge and advisory strengths to offer unique viewpoints and talents essential to furthering the mission and shaping the vision of Association Forum. She’s a senior level executive who offers more than 20 years of experience building, leading and advising organizations through restructurings, market expansions and organizational transformations.
Denise, in addition to her position with IREM, has served as chief operating officer & chief financial officer/executive vice president at the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). She also was instrumental in the financial management and executive operational transformation while with the College of American Pathologists. The focus of Denise’s career in association leadership has centered on managing organizations through change and leading them into newly defined futures.
