CHICAGO (January 26, 2026) – IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) is pleased to announce the organization’s 2026 leaders, beginning with President Mindy Gronbeck, CPM®, CCIM, succeeding Dawn Carpenter, CPM®, who now serves as the 2026 Immediate Past President. In addition to her role as 2026 IREM® President, Gronbeck also serves as executive vice president of property operations for HAWKINS, AMO®, a full-service real estate firm headquartered in Boise, ID, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
“My passion for this profession, for IREM, and for our shared future comes from knowing what happens when property managers are empowered, educated, and supported,” says Gronbeck. “We rise higher, lead with integrity, and prove our value every day. Our time is now to fulfill the IREM mission and the objectives of our new strategic plan.”
A CPM® since 2007, Gronbeck has 21 years of experience in retail real estate management. She also earned her CCIM designation in 2023, and a B.S. in Business Management in 2003.
Serving alongside Gronbeck is 2026 President-elect Kim Collins, CPM®, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Managing Director, Commercial Asset Services, for Bradley Company, AMO® in Indianapolis, IN. She’s responsible for growing Bradley’s commercial property and facilities management platform, while supporting all lines of business and enterprise operations.
Ryan Huffman, CPM®, serves as the IREM® 2026 Secretary /Treasurer, and is currently the Director, Property Management for Hunt Midwest. In this capacity, he’s responsible for the property management execution for the Hunt industrial holdings in the Kansas City area.
Toni Harris, CPM®, ARM®, is the 2026 Secretary/Treasurer Nominee and serves on the IREM Board of Directors. She’s also Founder and CEO of KAT Professional Development, LLC, in Reisterstown, MD.
