CHICAGO (January 4, 2024) - The IREM Foundation welcomes its 2024 President, Dee Headley, CPM®, succeeding Walter “Chip” Crumpler, Jr. CPM®.
Dee is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, and is responsible for more than 19 million square feet of real estate. Her account management responsibilities include oversight of a team of managers supporting more than 48 clients and 180 buildings.
Dee has more than 35 years of real estate management experience and years of involvement with IREM, both nationally and locally. She’s served as president of the IREM Indianapolis chapter, on IREM’s Governing Council, and as a Regional Vice President. She was honored as IREM Indianapolis’ “CPM of the Year” in 2006 and has received numerous industry awards, most recently the Indianapolis Culture Award in 2014.
“I’m fortunate to lead the IREM Foundation, collaborating with a remarkable team of seasoned real estate management professionals,” says Dee. “This year, the Foundation is poised for substantial growth, with ambitious initiatives in place. These include broadening our scholarship programs to empower the upcoming generation of real estate managers, extending our reach to communities through sustainability and workforce development grants, and recognizing exceptional professional accomplishments.”
