CHICAGO (January 28, 2026) – The IREM Foundation welcomes its 2026 President, Eileen Wirth, CPM®, succeeding Chris Mellen, CPM®, ARM®.
Eileen is President & CEO of MEND, Inc., AMO®, a non-profit developer, owner and manager of affordable rental housing based in Moorestown, NJ. She has over 30 years of experience in property management and holds multiple designations related to affordable housing compliance in addition to her CPM® certification. Eileen is actively involved with IREM nationally and at the New Jersey chapter level, holding every officer position including chapter president in 2003, 2005, and 2015. Nationally, she’s served as a Regional Vice President, Chair of the Federal Housing Advisory Board, and several terms as a Governing Councilor.
“I’m honored to lead the IREM Foundation and work alongside an inspiring team of real estate management professionals,” Eileen says. “This year is shaping up to be a breakthrough moment for us. We’re expanding scholarships that support the next generation of real estate managers, increasing our impact through sustainability efforts, and celebrating outstanding achievements across the profession.
