CHICAGO (June 24, 2021) – IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) is excited to announce 19 individuals as the 2021-2022 Next Gen CPM® Leaders cohort. These talented young property managers from across the U.S. and Canada will complete their CPM coursework, and sponsored supplemental leadership training together, and with discounted fees.

IREM’s Next Gen CPM Leader program helps real estate companies develop talent by fast- tracking a group of property managers through the Certified Property Management (CPM) program. It also helps develop a sense of community among participants, and leverages IREM’s longstanding commitment to networking among members. The supplemental leadership training this group will also receive is generously sponsored by IREM industry partner RentManager, a provider of property management software.
