Winners to be announced at a virtual celebration in October 2020
CHICAGO (August 24, 2020) – Real estate managers and the management companies they work for are central to the communities in which they operate – supporting property owners, tenants, residents, and staff. IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) recognizes their contributions and celebrates their achievements with the Real Estate Management Excellence (REME) Awards.
This year, IREM received 67 submissions across four categories for standout property managers and real estate management companies. Four to six finalists were selected in each category.
The corporate categories – AMO® (Accredited Management Company) of the Year and IREM Innovator Award – will recognize real estate management companies that demonstrate innovative technologies, customer service, sustainability, and/or marketing that help transform the company, a team, or a specific program. Individual award categories – ARM® (Accredited Residential Manager) of the Year and CPM® (Certified Property Manager) of the Year – will recognize those professionals with an IREM certification for their achievements and contributions to the profession.
