AID 2024 + ESG Summit: Sign up for registration notifications
Mark your calendars. IREM’s Advocacy Impact Day 2024 returns on February 27th and 28th. IREM is excited to partner with the IREM Foundation to expand and elevate this important event to include a full day of programming including environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) education, networking opportunities, and an advocacy orientation.
During the full day orientation, you'll learn how to conduct successful meetings with legislators while learning more about one of the most significant issues affecting the property management industry – sustainability.

IREM signs on to coalition letter to stop nationwide rent control
IREM, along with 17 other real estate organizations, submitted a letter to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director Sandra Thompson calling for the agency to reject imposing rent regulation as a condition of Enterprise-backed financing. Instead, we're urging the agency to increase incentives to address the lack of adequate supply of affordable housing to meet the needs of the growing population.
