Webinar: Affordable housing insurance costs

This webinar, on January 18th, will discuss the impacts of increased insurance costs on affordable housing providers. The content is based on research findings from a national survey of affordable housing providers conducted by ndp analytics for the National Leased Housing Association in October of 2023.

IREM and other industry organizations sign on to YIMBY coalition letter

In early December, IREM along with other industry organizations wrote to members of the House Financial Services Committee and the Senate Banking Committee to express their support of the Yes in My Backyard Act (YIMBY). The letter urges legislators to support the bill which would eliminate discriminatory land use policies and remove barriers that depress the production of housing in the United States.
