Kasara Smith currently serves as Director of Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield, where she manages more than 1 million square feet in Washington, DC. With more than 15 years of property management experience, Kasara has worked with a variety of clients, including USAA Real Estate, Clarion Partners, JPMorgan, MetLife and CBRE Global Investors.
Kasara received a bachelor’s degree in international relations at Tufts University and is an active member, and past president, of IREM’s Northern Virginia chapter. She has also served on the IREM DISI board and will chair the IREM Technology Advisory Board in 2021.
