2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Rawley Winstead currently serves as a Real Estate Manager for a portfolio of retail, office, industrial and medical properties in the Portland Metropolitan area. Prior to joining NAI Elliott in 2019, Rawley worked as an Asset Manager overseeing a 25-property portfolio of commercial, mixed-use and multifamily properties where he honed his relationship building and strategic management capabilities. Rawley has a B.S. in Commerce & Business Administration with a Real Estate concentration from the University of Alabama, serves as the 2020 co-chair for the IREM Oregon-Columbia River Chapter Community Outreach and Young Professional committees and is expected to receive the CPM designation in June of 2020.
