2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Tatiana Dwight was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. At the age of 20, she relocated to Atlanta to follow her passion for dance. As a performer Tatiana has worked with numerous artists such as Lil Kim, B.O.B, Jennifer Hudson, Rihanna, Ludacris and Teddy Riley. Following the birth of her first child she decided to try something new and accepted an offer at Wells Fargo where she worked her way up the ranks and served as a Service Manager. Shortly thereafter she was presented with an opportunity to work with Resource Alliance where she worked as a Recruiter. During her time with Resource Alliance, she managed the recruiting process for RADCO Residential for approximately one year. She quickly realized that recruiting within Property Management was the career for her. Tatiana is an accomplished Recruiting and Retention Specialist with Fogelman Properties offering years of professional experience, with the last three years focused on recruiting and retention, marketing and event planning. One of her key responsibilities includes motivating associates to attend IREM meetings and Apartment Association Events. Tatiana is known for being a go getter, problem solver, effective communicator, relationship builder and thought leader. Tatiana spends a portion of her time mentoring a student attending The University of GA majoring in Residential Property Management. Recently Tatiana was recognized and selected to be the recipient of the National Apartment Association’s Top Twenty in their Twenties Scholarship. She is grateful for the opportunity to part of IREM’S 30 under 30 and will continue to inspire and mentor others to have a career in this industry. She is honored to be able to be in a space of constant learning and continues to apply her learnings on a day to day basis.
