Andrew Davies began his career in Property Management in 2017 when he joined Lincoln Property Company as a Leasing Intern while attending Virginia Tech. Upon graduating from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Property Management and Minor in Real Estate, Andrew began his real estate career as an Assistant Property Manager with Legend Management Group in the Greater Baltimore area. In the fall of 2020, when an opportunity came about to move back home to Northern Virginia as a Property Manager, Andrew took on the role of managing a 296-unit property in Manassas, VA. Within his first year of bring a Property Manager, Andrew was able to surpass expectations and be awarded the 2021 Property Manager of the Year award with Legend Management Group. Andrew is a very dedicated and self-driven professional who consistently provides superior customer service. His passion for people and ability to deliver high quality and timely results is commendable. While already having his ARM designation with IREM, Andrew will work to complete the CPM designation in 2023. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing and watching soccer, attending all types of sporting events, spending time with his dog, Harper, traveling, and spending time with his family.
