Braeden currently serves as a Senior Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield for a portfolio consisting of approximately 1.7MM sf of office and industrial buildings in Minneapolis.
Prior to relocating to the twin cities in 2022, he served as an Assistant Property Manager for the second-largest multi-tenant office building in the state of Wisconsin and a Tenant Services Coordinator for a portfolio which included Office, Transit, Retail, Restaurant, and Production-based tenants—under multiple Property Managers at Colliers | Wisconsin.
Braeden’s detail-oriented approach has proven successful to achieve building owners’ operational and investment objectives. He has a strong understanding of contracts, property accounting, tenant and capital improvements, budget preparation, financial reporting and risk management, which he attributes to the curriculum of the Commercial Real Estate degree he earned from Marquette University in 2017 and unparalleled mentors.
Braeden has been an integral part of teams whose buildings have won local BOMA TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) awards and he continues to pursue further opportunities such as the RPA and CPM designations. He also is involved in initiatives to bring more public artwork to downtown Minneapolis and is a licensed salesperson in the state of Minnesota.
