Carter Miller, CPM, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Leasing & Asset Management, is responsible for the leasing and management of The Webb Companies industrial, retail, and suburban office properties. Carter represents clients with regard to purchasing, leasing, and site selection in Central Kentucky as well as sourcing new development and acquisition opportunities for The Webb Companies. Carter’s background includes managing and leasing real estate assets for a vast client base including corporate ownerships, institutional firms, individual investors, public agencies, developers, and family trusts. Carter holds a Kentucky real estate salesperson license and is active in the commercial real estate field. He is designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM) and certified as a LEED Green Associate by the United States Green Building Council. Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Kentucky.
