Charlie Blackmon is the Senior Vice President of Faria Management a division of the Dumas Collective and oversees management operations across New York, District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Charlie has been a dynamic force in the property management industry for more than 7 years. Charlie’s background includes managing real estate assets for a vast client base including corporate ownerships, institutional firms, and developers. Charlie is also currently a CPM Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management Estate Management. Charlie remains purpose driven in applying his skills to move forward Faria’s larger mission of providing luxury affordable housing in the market.
