I’m Chelsea Holmes and I currently work for Colliers as an assistant property manager. In my role I focus my efforts in assisting two senior property managers with their portfolios totaling over 3 million square feet of office, retail and Industrial spaces. I began my real estate career four years ago when I obtained my RE license and worked as an APM for an apartment community, while selling homes on the side with Keller Williams. Now that I’m working with Colliers, I feel like I’ve found my niche and am concentrating on learning all aspects of Commercial property management. In my free time I volunteer with Rotary International and have been elected President of my club for 2022-2023. I enjoy being outdoors with my husband and our 2 dogs- hiking, fishing, gardening, and enjoying the beautiful seasons Minnesota has to offer.
