2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Christine Wu, Mengqi serves as a Vice President of Asset Management for Hehui Capital Management (HCM). HCM is a private equity fund manager. The footprint of its residential property investment covers the United States, Australia and mainland China.

Christine joined HCM in 2017. She leads the team overseeing a portfolio which consists of 4 US multi-family properties with around 1,200 units. Her major focuses include but not limited to reviewing investment opportunities, financial statements, property management reports, and renovation projects. Christine is a high-caliber young talent with exemplary professional skills in asset management, investment analysis, finance and accounting, and fund management. She is an excellent communicator and team leader as well.

Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Fudan University in China. She achieved her CPM^® designation in 2021. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA^®) charterholder, and a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountant (CICPA^®).
