Cory Sipos is a Real Estate Analyst at Berger Investments in Wayne, PA. Cory found his way into real estate as a result of COVID and his passion for it took off from there. He recently finished the Asset Management courses from IREM and is looking forward to his continued growth within the organization.
As a member of the acquisitions team at Berger, Cory assists in identifying new multi-family investment opportunities, performing due diligence on deals, and developing the pro forma, in an effort ensure the long-term success of Berger’s investments. He has played a key role in the acquisition and disposition of over 3,000 units in his time at Berger. Cory is also responsible for assisting with the strategic planning and growth of the business. He’s done this through long term cash-flow projections, evaluation of macro level market rent surveys, and refinancing the current portfolio to achieve owners’ goals.
Cory graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2019 with a degree in Actuarial Science. He credits this degree for his outside the box, yet analytical sense of thought. He moved to the Philadelphia suburbs shortly after graduation to chase fandom as he had always been a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan.
