Dana Gann is the Assistant Property Manager for the Austin Centre – a property comprised of a shared-use atrium dividing a 16-story commercial office tower and 20-floor hotel conference center located in Austin, Texas. With this unique layout, the property presents interesting challenges with vendor coordination, management of shared area under a unit owners association governed by a condominium declaration, and multiple entity budgets all within one property. Prior to Dana’s time with Stream Realty, she worked as an Assistant Property Manager and Administrative Assistant at two different Austin buildings with Cousins Properties.
Dana grew up in Chicago, IL, and escaped the cold winters to attend Texas State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Public Relations and Sociology. She is very involved in IREM and is currently serving as the IREM Special Events Committee Chair. Going forward, Dana is working towards her RPA designation which is intended to go towards a CPM designation.
In her free time, Dana enjoys swimming, outdoor activities, and traveling with her husband and 2 daughters. She is also an avid coffee drinker and soccer fan – Go Austin FC!
