With career aspirations in the real estate industry, Hailey achieved her Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license in October 2020 at the age of 22. She immediately started networking and building a strong reputation for her professional and ethical approach to selling homes and took a keen interest in helping homebuyers realize their dreams. November 2020, Hailey Lehrer was hired by BMOC Inc as the Leasing Director for a luxury new-construction property in Plover, WI.Hailey overcame multiple challenges by provide exceptional, attentive customer service and selling the benefits of her newly build residential complex, she completed lease up of 90% of all units at a record pace. Due to Hailey’s success and positive, professional attitude, Hailey was quickly promoted to the position of Property Manager.
During this first year with BMOC, Hailey completed her ARM designation through IREM and was selected to be promoted once again within BMOC, Inc to Area Manager. In this new role, Hailey not only oversaw her current luxury property in Plover, but she also began a leadership role supervising other property managers at several other new construction sites. She successfully assisted in fully leasing over five properties in her first six months of an area manager.
