2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Julianna Kim is an experienced Community Manager in the Washington DC Metro Area specializing in multi-phase lease-ups. Julianna began her journey in multifamily housing as a temp leasing consultant in 2014 with Mill Creek Residential. She was brought on board as a full-time Leasing Consultant and was quickly promoted to Assistant Community Manager and Community Manager. She now manages a mixed-use, multi-phase mid-rise community with three buildings in the heart of Northern Virginia.

Julianna is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM^®) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS^®). She was recognized in the 2020 Class of NAA's Top 20 in Their Twenties and was one of 15 participants selected for NAA’s 2021 Diversity Leadership Program.
