Julie Tollifson is the Associate Property Manager for Hawkins Companies headquartered in Boise, ID. Along with her team, Julie oversees and manages a portfolio of company owned and managed over 700,000 square feet of commercial properties throughout the U.S. Julie has seven years of experience managing a variety of property types including commercial and residential. Earning the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) Certified Property Manager designation (CPM) in 2023 has given her a great foundation for contributing to Hawkins Companies’ efforts. Julie is also a graduate of the University of Idaho with a Business Degree, graduating with the honor of Magna Cum Laude.
