Kaitlin McGrane is currently working as a Senior Property Manager in Reno, Nevada, where she specializes in residential property management. She first began her career working for a large multifamily property, then transitioned into the real estate investment side. She now manages over 30 residential properties, ranging in size and property class. She has used her invaluable real estate investment experience to help manage several full property renovation projects within her portfolio.
Kaitlin is in multiple leadership roles for her local IREM Chapter, as Secretary of the board and Chair of their IYP/ DEI Committee. She is a licensed real estate agent, has her ARM and is also working towards a CPM designation.
Kaitlin grew up in Orange County, CA where she enjoyed the beautiful weather, but fell in love with Reno while visiting. She has been in Reno for 10 years and loves to take in the Northen Nevada scenery. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and her two dogs.
