In her current role as a District Manager of the San Francisco Bay Area, she manages over 2,000 residential units within a blend of stabilized, lease-up, and joint-venture properties.
Kayla has been recognized by UDR for outstanding achievement in the realms of revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and overcoming obstacles. She continues to provide exceptional value for real estate occupants and owners, achieve higher customer retention, and deliver profitability that increases year after year.
Kayla began her Property Management career as a Lead Concierge and has worked in many roles during her seven-year tenure. As an advocate for continuous learning and development, she has a passion for elevating others through mentorship.
