    Larissa Laiti is a Senior Property Manager at KETTLER overseeing two luxury communities in Washington, D.C. and Arlington, VA. Larissa entered the industry 5 years ago after graduating from Pamplin College of Business with a minor in Residential Property Management from Virginia Tech. After graduation, Larissa was asked to join Kettler's Manager in Development track where she completed a rotation at various property types in several markets. She was hired directly into an Assistant Property Manager position and quickly promoted to Property Manager of a Class-A lease-up in downtown Bethesda, Maryland where she was instrumental in leading the property to reach stabilization in 12 months. She was then promoted to a flagship lease up, Legacy West End, in Washington, D.C. where she achieved $4.65 per square foot rents while reaching 95% leased in 9 months. Larissa was recently promoted to a Senior Property Manager role, taking over an additional lease-up community, 672 Flats in Ballston, VA. Larissa is part of the Kettler PM Mentor Program, and is also on the Kettler Management Advisory Council where she advises on the development and implementation of company policy, software selection, and philanthropic efforts. She is currently working toward both her ARM and CPM designations.
