Lucas Malavarca serves as the Vice President of Asset Management for Saxum’s Portfolio, over-seeing the financial performance and operations of Saxum’s core commercial real estate assets. In addition, Lucas manages the relationships with Saxum’s CRE facility-management vendors and partners nationwide. Prior to joining Saxum, Lucas worked as a Property Manager for Oasis Multi Family Group L.P. where he managed a portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use housing in the Greater New York City area. Lucas began his career in commercial real estate as an Investment Sales Associate in Marcus and Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group.
Lucas is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Economics, having served as the Vice President of the Penn State Real Estate Association. He is currently a CPM Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management. Lucas resides in Northern New Jersey, and travels nationwide to manage the company’s portfolio. In his free time, Lucas enjoys engineering, powersports, and weightlifting.
