2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Mary Witter is a Community Manager for Greystar - Student Living in St. Louis, Missouri. She began her Property Management career in 2013 while completing her final year at Penn State University. Since then, she has worked mainly in Student Housing, starting as a part-time Community Assistant and working her way up to Community Manager. Mary also has experience in Commercial Real Estate and Conventional Property Management. She received her Accredited Residential Manager accreditation in late-2020 and is active in the IREM St. Louis chapter. Mary has the ability to create strong relationships with residents, clients, and vendors and is always volunteering to assist with property takeovers and due-diligence. Mary is very passionate about her career and never turns down a new challenge that will allow her to learn and develop within the real estate industry.
