A native of Memphis, TN, Matthew started working in commercial property management when he moved to Boise, ID in 2020. As a property manager with BVA Development, Matthew manages a mixed-use portfolio of Class A office, medical office, and retail buildings with new flex and industrial properties planned for the portfolio in the future. His favorite aspect of property management is building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. He strives to provide each tenant with an exceptional experience and environment that promotes their success, and he diligently works to provide each landlord with an asset that meets their investment goals.
Matthew is privileged to serve on the Board of Directors for the IREM Idaho Snake River Chapter as the Education Chair. He is passionate about helping others learn and grow in order to reach their full potential. He also enjoys serving as the Goalkeeping Coach for the Men’s Soccer team at Northwest Nazarene University. Above all, Matthew is most proud of and grateful for the love and support of his wife and three daughters.
