    Parker Page, CPM®
    Director of Property Management
    PRG Commercial Property Advisors
    Louisville, Kentucky

Upon graduating from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and as a four-year starter for the Pepperdine Men’s Golf Team, Parker began his real estate career as an assistant to the Vice President of USA National Title in Pasadena, California. In the fall of 2016, he returned to his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky to work in a brokerage capacity for PRG Commercial Property Advisors. During his two years of transacting, Parker was able to exceed the criteria for his CCIM designation by facilitating investment sales across multiple asset classes, as well as through the lease up efforts of various office and retail spaces.

In the fall of 2018, Parker shifted his focus to management and began serving as PRG’s Director of Property Management shortly thereafter. Since that time, his most notable projects include managing a 150,000 square foot shopping center through a multi-year receivership and managing a new VA medical facility throughout the build out process to its present day-to-day operation. In addition to his work in the commercial sector, Parker also serves in a property management and advisory role on multiple Class A residential developments in the Greater Louisville Area. He is on track to earn his CPM designation in 2021 and looks forward to implementing the best practices gathered along that path to the benefit of owner returns and tenant experiences alike. Outside of his work, Parker strives to provide opportunities for young people through the game of golf by serving on the Tournament Committee for the First Tee of Louisville and providing free time, instruction, and support to motivated junior golfers from his former high school who have aspirations of taking their talents to the college level.
