2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Ruger Kerstiens is a partner at Premier Property Management Kerstiens Realty specializing in the multifamily space. He is responsible for the company’s new developments, acquisitions, and property management. From a young age, Ruger was fascinated with all aspects of the real estate industry; he ultimately developed a passion for providing housing. Ruger is active in his community serving as Vice President for the Jasper Chamber of Commerce and Vice President for Heart of Jasper, a Main Street America organization. He appreciates the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the community he was raised in. Ruger graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelors in Business Management. He holds an active Indiana Real Estate Brokers license and is on track to complete his Certified Property Manager designation by the end of 2021. Ruger is thankful for the great mentors he has around him and is looking forward to the opportunities the future has instore.
