Tumelo is a sharp, well qualified, and experienced property practitioner of retail, residential and commercial property portfolios. The real estate Industry is his passion and has studied a range of related aspects of the industry and continues to pursue knowledge holistically that enables a full spectrums approach to its many facets. He has a solid 5 years in portfolio and asset management and is presently at Mowana Properties. He started off managing the Fortress and Lodestone retail portfolios of over 100 000m² as property/portfolio manager and was also responsible for the Attacq and Atterbury portfolio as general manager for a multi-use development in Newtown consisting of commercial of 31 000m², Retail of 35 000m², Hotel of 8 000m² and standalone offices of 9 000m². His role extends across asset management, property management, operations/facilities management. He managed a team of approximately 20 staff consisting of portfolio accountants, operations managers, debtors/creditors administrators, marketing management & handymen.
