    Tyler is currently serving as a Lease Administrator for Amazon.com’s Worldwide Asset Management team in their Nashville Tennessee corporate office. At Amazon, Tyler is involved in a diverse range of real estate related activities including identifying cost saving opportunities, managing lease administration software tools, creating process guides, and processing outgoing payments and inquiries to name a few.

    Shortly after attending Concord University in 2019, Tyler began his work in the Real Estate Management industry with the Virginia Tech Foundation. His focus working for VTF was managing leases for their commercial and residential portfolio which totaled 1.2 million square feet, including both expense and income leases. Tyler discovered his passion for strategic initiatives by designing presentations for VTF's board and also earned his ACoM designation thanks to the support of his team.

    Currently, Tyler manages a portfolio of 150 commercial and industrial sites. He has managed portfolios in Australia, Singapore, and much of North America thanks to his work with Amazon. Tyler has a passion for navigating ambiguity- specifically learning about International real estate practices. His work with International stakeholders across Asia-Pacific countries, Canada, and Europe has fueled an excitement for building connections across the world.

    West Virginia born and raised, Tyler has a passion for the outdoors. Now, living in Nashville, Tyler enjoys fishing, martial arts, live music, and trying new food (mainly tacos)! Tyler is excited to be recognized as a future leader in Real Estate Management.
