2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Lisa joined the property management industry during her freshman year in college at the University of Florida without any expectations of this becoming her career and passion for many years to come. She has extensive knowledge of the student housing sector as well as conventional living. After almost a decade in the industry, Lisa found herself a permanent home with Greystar just over 2 years ago and has successfully leased up and assisted in the marketing and sale of two luxury communities – one of which was entirely during the COVID-19 pandemic in record time. She is striving to receive her CAM certification in 2021 and holds a Florida Real Estate license and Bachelor’s Degree. She was awarded Property Manager of the Year from NCFAA in 2014, won the 2019 AAGO Golden Key award for “Best Marketing Campaign” and scored Greystar’s Exemplary Citizen award in 2019. Lisa is a proud Rotarian and in her spare time loves giving back to the community, cooking and traveling to new destinations.
