Course Description
Note that this is the ARM-MXD exam, intended for students who have taken Managing Mixed Use Properties (MXD201) and are seeking ARM certification. For the standard ARM exam, please click here.
The ARM-MXD Certification Exam is a 100 question multiple-choice exam that tests knowledge of property management concepts based on the IREM curriculum and/or your own professional experience. To pass the exam you must score at least 70%. It is open book and hard copy or PDF IREM materials may be referenced during the exam. The exam must be completed within 30 days of registration.
This exam is taken with a live online proctor (LOP). For more information about live online proctoring, click here.
You must bring a standard calculator or use the calculator on your laptop.
Cell phones and tablets are not permitted during exam time.
