Course Description
Although few real estate managers make decisions about property financing on their own, an understanding of financing leads to better decision making, assessment of financial condition, and knowledge of the property’s bottom line. During this course, Eric Storey, CPM®, will share key insights and examine the risks, rights, and returns for depositors, lenders, and investors in commercial real estate.
