Colleen has been managing commercial real estate since 1984.  In her years of experience, she has managed retail, office, high-rise office, industrial, mixed-use, residential properties to include Planned Development and commercial/HOA’s. She has also been an Asset Manager to include lease negotiations, new development consulting, re-development construction management, due diligence, developing property proformas, and brokering property sales. She wrote “The Transformation of Miramar Home Fair” published in 1996 in The ICSC Guide to Renovating & Expanding Shopping Centers the Smart Way. 

She holds the designations of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) through ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).  She is actively involved in the local chapter of IREM and is the 2013 Past President of the San Diego Chapter #18.  She attended Point Loma College and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.
