Sexual harassment prevention (also referred to as discrimination based on sex) was enacted by the Supreme Court in the late 1980s. Since then, there have been many changes to the conversation about sexual harassment.  This webinar will go beyond the standard training on sexual harassment between boss and employee and will address all aspects of harassment and discrimination. One key way to avoid harassment and discrimination is to promote, discuss, and practice respectful professional behavior, including the basics of professional conduct and communications. Employees will learn how to prevent, recognize, and respond to harassment and discrimination.

  • The definition of sexual harassment and hostile work environment
  • The description and types of sexual harassment and hostile work environment
  • The description of retaliation
