  • The different consumer research approaches and when to use them
  • Options for research design and analysis of results

Maureen Ladley Maureen Ladley started her career as a strategic marketer but found herself drawn to consumer research. She wanted to understand how well companies knew their customers. Were they talking to the right audience? Could they ask better questions? Were they ignoring crucial findings?

Maureen founded Ladley & Associates, a consumer research firm that answers these questions and others for her clients.

Before that, Maureen was the vice president of strategic marketing for Centex, where she guided research projects in the west and southwest. Prior to Centex, she served as an award-winning marketing manager at Forest City for the west coast portfolio.

Maureen taught marketing through Boston Architectural College's Sustainable Design Institute. She has been a featured speaker at the Arizona Housing Forum and for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA and is certified in qualitative and quantitative research by the Insights Association. Maureen is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the NAHB.
