In this role, Mr. Domres oversees the asset management of single-tenant properties while driving capital projects and sustainability strategies and execution for the entire portfolio. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for US Bank and Senior Vice President of Asset and Property Management with a full-service real estate company.

David Domres Mr. Domres received the Louise L. and Y. T. Lum Award from the Institute of Real Estate Management and was the NAIOP 2013 Volunteer of the Year. He currently serves as an instructor for IREM, Marquette University, and University of Wisconsin – Stout. Mr. Domres earned a degree in Architecture from Iowa State University.
