In this session we will delve into the dynamic evolution of professionalism, contrasting traditional principles with contemporary perspectives regarding personal and online professional presence, attire, communication, and social media etiquette.

Jae Roe, CPM®, ACoM, is President and Founder of the consulting firm SOVA Real Estate Solutions LLC. She is a licensed real estate salesperson specializing in the commercial sector and has over two decades of expertise in real estate management. Her experience encompasses a diverse range of property types, including office, industrial, medical, historic, retail, mixed-use, and multi-family.

Jae is a dedicated diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) advocate who has held multiple leadership roles within the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), including Regional Vice-President for Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. She was also honored as a 2021 Woman of Influence by the GlobeSt Real Estate Forum.

Jae holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Regent University and is an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®).
